The bar is made from 1 g of pure Au 9999 gold and is a unique offering for fans of the iconic production and collectors of limited-edition pop culture-themed items.

Stranger Things, created by the Duffer Brothers, debuted in 2016 and quickly became one of Netflix’s greatest successes. Combining elements of science fiction, horror, and adventure cinema with an 1980s aesthetic, the series has won numerous awards and gained millions of fans worldwide, securing its place in contemporary popular culture.

The bar is struck from 1 g of Au 9999 gold and measures 15.60 × 9.10 × 1.30 mm. Its worldwide mintage is limited to just 5,000 pieces, highlighting its collectible nature.

Obverse, designed by Sean Rogers, features the series’ main characters – Eleven, Mike, Dustin, Will, and Lucas – riding their bicycles together. In the background appears the sinister Mind Flayer, one of the most recognizable creatures from the series’ universe. The design is completed by the Stranger Things logo and The Perth Mint’s “P” mintmark.

Reverse is decorated with The Perth Mint’s distinctive mintmark depicting a stylized swan. It also includes information about the bar’s weight and gold purity set against a decorative repeating background.
