Personal Data Protection Act 2010 Compliance

The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is an act enacted by the Malaysian government in 2010 to protect individual’s personal data in commercial transactions. PDPA came into force on 15th November 2013. MK Bullion Sdn Bhd is fully compliance since inception.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, MyKad or Passport number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or banking details.
