The process of collection involves making an appointment with MK Bullion.  On appointment time slot, please come to the collection office located at Suite 1565, Block E-15-D1, Plaza Mont Kiara, 50480, Kuala Lumpur.  During the collection, MK Bullion will ask the collector for their government issued identification.  If the buyer cannot come in person, the buyer can nominate someone else to collect on their behalf.  A nomination letter will be issued to the buyer to fill up.
